Shipping Policy
At Viya Store, your order is treated with care from the moment it’s placed. We work with trusted international suppliers from Europe, the United States, and Asia to ensure reliable delivery to your doorstep.
1. Dispatch & Delivery Time
All items are shipped directly from our overseas partners. Once your payment is confirmed, your order is processed and dispatched within 2 to 7 business days.
The estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 10 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance.
Note: External factors such as customs inspections, public holidays, or local disruptions may cause delays. Rest assured — delivery is 100% guaranteed or your money back.
2. Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. Tracking information may take 5–10 business days to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.
You can follow your parcel’s progress online with full transparency.
3. Split Deliveries
Depending on availability and location of suppliers, items may arrive in separate parcels. Receiving products at different times is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
4. Delivery Guarantee
If your item is not delivered within 90 business days from dispatch, we will refund you 100% of the order value.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Viya Store is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. In such cases, reshipping will require a new shipping fee.
6. Undelivered Parcels
If the parcel is returned to the sender due to absence at the address or lack of collection, a new shipping fee will apply for redelivery. Refunds are not issued in these cases.
7. Customs & Import Taxes
Most of our products are not subject to import duties. However, if any tax or customs fee is applied upon arrival in your country, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay it. We kindly ask customers to monitor the tracking number and follow any delivery instructions provided by the carrier.
