Returns & Refund Policy – Viya Store UK

By placing an order on www.viya-store.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policy.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date, in line with UK consumer rights for distance selling.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • Be in the original packaging;
  • Include a valid proof of purchase.

Returns are only accepted if the item was shipped by us and:

  • Is faulty or defective;
  • Is incorrect (wrong item sent).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personal care and intimate items;
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers);
  • Gift cards and downloadable products;
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

To start a return, please email our support team at contato@viya-store.com with your order number and photos/videos if reporting a product issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt and approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the amount to appear on your bank statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank account;
  • Contact your card provider, as posting times may vary;
  • Contact your bank – refunds may take a few business days to be visible;
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at contato@viya-store.com.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or faulty item).

We do not offer pre-paid return labels at this time.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

Please note: A 30% management and processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

Important Notes

  • If your return/refund request is submitted within 14 days and approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on availability and your preference.
  • Returns or refund requests outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.
  • All refunds are subject to review and must meet the conditions outlined above.
