Shipping Policy
At Viya Store, every order is handled with care from the moment it is placed. We ensure reliable international delivery to your doorstep with full transparency and commitment.
1. Processing & Delivery Time
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is processed and dispatched within 2 to 7 business days.
Estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 10 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.
Please note: External factors such as customs inspections, holidays, or local disruptions may occasionally affect delivery times. Nonetheless, your delivery is fully guaranteed.
2. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for tracking to update, depending on the carrier and logistics route.
You can monitor your parcel's journey online at any time.
3. Split Deliveries
Some orders may be delivered in multiple packages due to inventory logistics. This is normal and does not affect your delivery guarantee.
4. Delivery Guarantee
If your order is not delivered within 90 business days from the shipping date, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Viya Store is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information. A new shipping fee will apply for reshipment.
6. Missed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned due to absence at the delivery address or failure to collect, a reshipping fee will be required. Refunds are not issued in such cases.
7. Customs & Import Duties
Most of our shipments are not subject to import taxes. However, if any customs fee is applied upon arrival in your country, it is the responsibility of the customer. We encourage all customers to monitor tracking updates and follow any instructions provided by the local carrier.
